Rancho Mission Viejo Phase One is Under Construction – Two Villages Premiere This Summer

Rancho Mission Viejo phase one hosted it’s first public meeting with builders today at the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Course.  The first of nine public sessions with all of the Rancho Mission Viejo phase one builders kicked off this afternoon.  The initial four sessions with the Rancho Mission Viejo Phase One builders were so over-subscribed they had to add an additional five sessions to meet the demand.  Mary, the sales representative from Shea Homes in Gavilan (that’s the 55+ community) confirmed the numbers for me – over 7000 people on the interest list for only 941 homes in the first phase.  Can you spell “sold” before they are even finished being built?  That’s my prediction any way. Based on Mary’s numbers and the number of people who showed up this afternoon.

All builders had detailed packages including pre-qualification requirements with lender contact information.  All are only accepting non-contingent offers.  Most are setting appointments in the mid-June time frame with pre-approved buyers.  Let’s do the math again – 7000+ interest list for 941 homes.  Going, going, gone.
