On a Clear Day in Rancho Santa Margarita – You Can See the Ocean!

The view from the back yard of this Rancho Santa Margarita home in Melinda Heights proved to be better than my clients originally thought!

During our home inspection, we discovered that there was a fabulous view of the Pacific Ocean.  Granted, it is way in the distance.  But it’s there, for sure!  Sometimes you get unexpected surprises in your home buying process.  This one turned out to be a fabulous bonus!
