This Chart shows home sales activity in Mission Viejo for the last 12 months.  Interesting to see how home prices in Mission Viejo peaked last August and October, and are currently trending downward.  South Orange County is a cyclical real estate market.  We have more transactions in the spring in Mission Viejo home sales.  On top of that,  mortgage interest rates are super low which is getting more Mission Viejo home buyers out in the market.
