Leslie’s Story

Since 1989, I have worked to be a top Orange County real estate agent buying and selling homes with my clients in Mission Viejo, Coto de Caza, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Tustin, and Irvine. I’m with Realty One Group in the Mission Viejo office. Realty One Group is the fastest growing brokerage in the United States.

When you’re buying or selling a home in Orange County, it’s good to know there’s someone you can trust to work with you to get you the results you’re looking for. My real estate practice is founded on listening to your wants, need, hopes, dreams, fears, future plans, and current situation. Whether you’re moving up to an Orange County luxury neighborhood like Shady Canyon, The Strand, Ritz Cove, Nellie Gail, the Hunt Club, Coto de Caza, Bear Brand or Tres Vistas or downsizing to a manageable single level home in a community like Casta Del Sol or Palmia, I’m here to help you every step of the way.

As an expert in Orange County California real estate, I’ve shared my insights, tips, and traps in a weekly column in the Orange County Register Real Estate Section since September of 2010. My column is advertised as “the Real Deal” – you won’t get much sugar coating from me. You can search for back issues through the Register On Line. In 2014, the Orange County Register Real Estate Section was voted the third best Home section in any newspaper in the nation – coming behind the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. I’m proud to be a member of such a great team!

I have expertise in sales, print and internet marketing, negotiations, home staging, financial analysis, traditional or so called standard sales, Short Sales, Bank Owned homes, Foreclosures, Income properties with multiple units, condos, town homes, horse property with ride out access, golf course homes, luxury homes, age restricted communities, beach houses, vacation homes, fixers, flippers, VA purchases, FHA purchases, and cash purchases.

Specifically for Orange County Home Sellers, I will help you understand how important it is to stage your house to market it for sale, which is different that making your home comfortable to live in. I am a huge believer that Orange County home sellers, regardless of the market trends, must de-clutter, de-personalize, de-pilitize, and de-zooitize so that you can stage your home with a simple, yet emotional, color scheme accented with books and pillows enhanced by the professional photographs..

These are the steps my client take in order to market an Orange County home to fetch the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time possible. I am also a detail fanatic with it comes to assessing the current value of an Orange County home the moment you choose to put your listing into the local California Regional Multiple Listing Service – or CRMLS. Since this step sends your home photos and details to over a million web sites, we have to get the marketing and the price just right to get the best results.

For Orange County home buyers, I scour the market for the right home for you. Using the CRMLS, targeted mailings, networking with other local Realtors, and even going door to door looking for home owners interested in selling in the neighborhoods that are on the top of your list, I can match you with the home you’ll love. I’ll help you manage your time frames if you’re lease is expiring or we’re selling your current house. I’ll hook you up with reliable, honest, hard working lenders who will walk you through the loan application and pre-approval process, even suggesting that they take your file all the way through underwriting so we can make our offers with full loan approval – making your offer the strongest one the seller is bound to see.
